Meditation & Drumming Circle

Journey into your heart through the rhythms of a drum~

We connect with and experience our natural childlike innocence through drumming, rhythm and movement. Drumming naturally brings one into the relaxed state of meditation and naturally awakens our creativity and helps to expand our heart.

Drumming expands our heart and awakens our connection to life. Just as a baby is rocked by their mother and relaxes to the lullaby of her heartbeat. When we drum in a circle, we are not only connected to each other, but we are connected to all.

This workshop combines the fun and excitement of a drum circle with a chakra meditation using sound resonance toning and ending with a guided meditation using light energy for grounding & clearing.

You will be lead through a series of drumming and meditation exercises designed to be a powerful gateway into your inner self, opening your heart and feeding your soul.

Wear loose comfortable clothing. Also, please do not wear any rings or perfume/cologne.

No prior musical experience required.

You may bring your own drum and percussion instruments. Some Drums will be provided.

Drumming is one of the simplest, most powerful and ancient forms of self-expression known to humankind.

Feel the rhythm of a drum... and all of the sudden, you are in the moment and you are alive.

Ms. Amos is licensed by the State of Florida as a Mental Health Counselor. She received her certification in Hypnotherapy from the National Guild of Hypnotists and holds a Masters degree in Counselor Education from Florida Atlantic University. Ms. Amos is an adjunct faculty member for the National Guild of Hypnotists, psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, creative art therapist, teacher, speaker and author with over fifteen years experience in the field of mental health. She has been teaching hypnotherapy in private practice, workshops and at the National Guild of Hypnotists Annual conference.
